Fast, clean, homemade juices and smoothies are some of my favorite meals on a busy day. I absolutely love fresh Blender Celery Juice in the morning (or any time of day), and for breakfast or lunch a smoothie hits the spot. By blending nut milks with bananas, you can achieve a creamy texture without the dairy. This Healthy Peanut Butter Cup Shake is dairy-free and tastes just like a milkshake. For something a little more exotic, try a dairy-free Cantaloupe Lassi with warming spices.
