About Me

Hi, I'm Alicia

I want to help you Create a Better Normal

Healer, Health Coach, Fur-Mama, and Lover of Life!

I used to be so sick I’d wake up in pain and just curl up in the fetal position rocking back and forth to bring a little comfort. I had tumors popping up across my body and all sorts of GI embarrassments. The answers I was getting from conventional medicine weren’t working, but I didn’t give up!

I spent decades digging into the science and ancient wisdom of various cultures and created a program that healed my body from the inside out! Now I help others do the same. 

I want you to dance, sing, spin around with joy, and basically feel great all day every day! I want you to feel comfortable in your own skin and physical form. That’s why I share strategies to get that energized healthy life and what I’ve learned on the wellness journey.

I have a degree in molecular biology with a focus on immunology, studied graduate nutrition and functional medicine, and worked with many coaches and experts including Buddhist monks to create my programs. I dive deep into the science so I can help expedite results for you!

I felt like I was eating a pretty healthy diet – no fast food, rarely going out, and a protein and a vegetable for each meal – but I still wasn’t feeling well and needed to figure out how to feel like “me” again. Within 5 days of Alicia’s plan for me, I was already energized more than I had been in the previous 6 months. The lethargy was gone. I hadn’t noticed a few bad habits slowly slipping in over time, and Alicia helped me identify them and get on the right track again.
