Although it can be challenging to maintain a clean lifestyle when you travel, it is possible! I used to travel frequently for work, so I had to learn how to eat clean on the road and in new cities. This became an opportunity to explore places in ways I might not have looked for otherwise because I was seeking out healthy food. So of course I blogged about it!
Also, it’s important to know that a clean lifestyle can still be fun! And living clean most of the time can make it easier to still feel great with regular splurges and indulgences. You’re body will be nourished and in a better place to support your body when you do eat fries or ice cream.
