Did you know that the optimal number of fruits and vegetables to eat is 5-9 cups PER DAY! Most of us aren’t getting that. But salads are a clutch way to get there.

And salads should not be boring! Say no to that lame salad with romaine and vinegar. It might be low-cal, but it’s also low nutrient! We want exciting food that nourishes our bodies from the inside out. Those are the types of salads you’ll find here.

One of my favorite lunches is this powerful combination of greens and protein in a Superfood Kale Chicken Caesar. And did you know that herbs and watermelon make a killer side salad?
