Entrees are the centerpiece of a clean, healthy meal. There’s nothing that satisfies like a dish that’s been lovingly prepared, where you know each ingredient serves a nutritional purpose. It’s like your body can feel the difference when you feed it with care.

I treat mains as pretty much indistinguishable between lunch and dinner, so this will include mains on both the lighter side and the feast-side. Enjoy yourself!
