Mix together, and cover with a towel in the oven with the light on.
Was sticky and wet - pushed out into circles using olive oil on my fingers - very sticky. Parbaked for 15 minutes-ish? not done - no browning a little gooey on the inside.
Next time bake until it rises and then deflates perhaps? Or starts to brown?
Added toppings and cook for 10 minutes and then 5-minute broil at 425
