Chocolate orange cinnamon cake

Cake

• 1 Sweet Potatoes (small cubes and baked (optional baking- only did about 7 min))
• 6 Bananas
• 10 Eggs (Separated)
• 0.75 cup Coconut Oil
• 0.25 cup Dates (soaked in water for 1 hr)
• 1 cup Coconut Flour
• 0.5 cup Cocoa Powder
• 2 tsp Cinnamon
• 1 tsp Nutmeg
• 1 Navel Oranges (zest and juice)
• Eggs
• 1 tsp Honey
• 0.5 tsp Vanilla

Glaze:

• 0.5 cup Coconut Oil
• 0.75 cup Dark Chocolate Tcho Critters
• 1 tbsp Honey
• 1 cup Cocoa Powder
• 0.75 cup Coconut Milk

Coconut Whip Cream:

• 3 can Coconut Milk Cream
• 0.5 tsp Vanilla
• 0.5 tsp Honey
