If you've been following along, you know that I have a very big thing for Peaches, especially late season Palisade Peaches! Peaches make an amazingly sweet and healthy dessert all on their own, but sometimes you want just a little more. Throwing the peaches on the grill gives them a slightly caramelized taste and it's always nice to have a warm treat as the night cools off. You can grill them plain, but I love to dust them with cinnamon!
Bonus: this recipe only has 2 ingredients, and one of those ingredients is optional! It is a real food, real easy, real simple dessert that you will love! And, in there rare case that you have some leftover, they are great in salads and salsas! I've even had them for breakfast. 🙂
So enjoy the few weeks of proper summer we have left, and throw some peaches on the grill!
