Fast, clean, homemade juices and smoothies are some of my favorite ways to nourish my immune system, especially in stressful times. I absolutely love fresh Green Juice in the morning (or any time of day). It’s the balanced mixture of greens and zing that I love.

When I’m craving frozen sweet treats, a smoothie usually hits the spot. By blending nut milk with bananas, you can achieve that ice-creamy goodness without the dairy and refined sugars. This Healthy Peanut Butter Cup Shake is dairy-free and tastes just like a milkshake. For something a little more exotic, try a dairy-free Cantaloupe Lassi with warming spices.
