Sweet Potato Fries with Bitchin Sauce

Ingredients
  • 2 Sweet Potatoes
  • 0.5 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • Bitchin Sauce
Instructions
  1. Slice sweet potatoes into 1/2 inch wide long spears.

  2. Coat with olive oil and salt. I drizzle about a 1/2 tbsp on 2 sweet potatoes and use my hands to coat them all evenly.

  3. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes until soft and well-cooked.

  4. Serve with bitchin sauce and enjoy!
