Spicy Tahini Lime Broccolini

Ingredients
    Marinade
  • 1 tablespoon Tahini
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Aminos (can sub for tamari)
  • 1/2 tablespoon Spicy Japanese Salsa (if you cannot find Japanese salsa, use a thick salsa and add some cumin or harissa to give it an earthier taste)
  • 2 Bunches Broccolini
  • Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Tahini
  • 1 teaspoon Spicy Japanese Salsa
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • if needed, extra water for consistency
Instructions
  1. Mix marinade ingredients in a bowl until evenly combined.

  2. Cook for 25 minutes, or until al dente

  3. Cover with extra sauce and enjoy
