Sourdough Pizza Crust

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Sourdough Starter (thick, not very active)
  • 1 cup Warm Water
  • 1.5 cup Bobs red mill 1:1 baking flour mix
  • 1 teaspoon Real Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Italian Seasonings
Instructions
  1. Mix together, and cover with a towel in the oven with the light on.

  2. Was sticky and wet - pushed out into circles using olive oil on my fingers - very sticky. Parbaked for 15 minutes-ish? not done - no browning a little gooey on the inside.

    Next time bake until it rises and then deflates perhaps? Or starts to brown?

  3. Added toppings and cook for 10 minutes and then 5-minute broil at 425
