Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped red cabbage about 1/3 head red cabbage
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil can substitute for olive oil
  • 3 stalks celery diced
  • 1/4 cup jicama finely diced
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
  • 3 dashes powdered turmeric
  • 3 grinds fresh pepper
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 head cauliflower 4 cups

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  • Spread red cabbage evenly in baking pan
  • Mix celery, jicama, cilantro, 1 tbsp of the avocado oil, 1 pinch salt, 3 dashes pepper and 3 dashes turmeric together. Layer the mixture on top of cabbage

  • In mixing bowl, combine remaining 1 tbsp avocado oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice and 2 tbsps water with 2 tsp turmeric and a pinch of salt. Wisk together until evenly mixed.
  • Coarsely chop cauliflower and add to the bowl with turmeric mixture. Stir until cauliflower is evenly coated with the turmeric goodness
  • Layer turmeric cauliflower on top of celery mix in pan
