Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Bakhti Chai concentrate (unsweetened decaf)
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • Dash cinnamon
  • Dash cardamom

Instructions

Directions:

  • set frozen bananas out to defrost for about 10 minutes then peel
  • throw all ingredients into a blender or food processor
  • pulse until smooth
  • sprinkle extra cardamom on top (optional)
  • serve and enjoy
