Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup softened coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup arrowroot flour
  • 2/3 cup coconut flour
  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 batch 2 ingredient blender frosting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Mix coconut oil, egg, coconut sugar, lemon, nutmeg in a bowl until evenly combined
  3. Add flours and mix well
  4. Roll out using a rolling pin and extra coconut flour on the surface and pin to avoid sticking
  5. cut into your favorite shapes
  6. Bake for 7-8 minutes or until golden brown.
