Morning Celery Juice

Provides balancing electrolytes and mineral salts, feeds the microbiome, and hydrates you for your day

16 oz of  Celery Juice

Uses a full stalk of celery  (or about 15-17 individual ribs)

Use a blender if you don't have a juicer!

Make celery fritters with the pulp!
