    Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup Bakhti Chai concentrate (unsweetened decaf)
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • Dash cinnamon
  • Dash cardamom
Instructions
    Directions:
  1. set frozen bananas out to defrost for about 10 minutes then peel

  2. throw all ingredients into a blender or food processor
  3. pulse until smooth
  4. sprinkle extra cardamom on top (optional)
  5. serve and enjoy
