Almond coconut date bombs are a simple fat bomb that’s high protein, high fat, and low carb. Great for the 3 pm slump to keep you nourished, balance blood sugars and regulate your hunger signals.
Fat bombs are all the craze lately, and I don’t blame folks. They are gooood.
I was trying to relive my early cleanse days recently and it was hard. I was craving chocolate, toffee bars, and chocolate coconut cups. Unfortunately, those were a no-go. Not allowed.
But I was hungry and I needed to choose something healthy, satisfying, and nourishing.
So I reached for some dates
But at the same time, I guiltily started to make my own cookie dough fat bombs for later. Mid mixing, an idea came to me.
Enter the Date Bombs – a Simple Fat Bomb
What if I used the bomb part of the cookie dough and stuffed the date?
It would be a miracle! and for sure keep me satisfied in times of want.
I tried it, and I loved it.
The date is sweet but also full of fiber, helping to regulate the sugar absorption and balance any mood swings from a cleanse. The almond and coconut are full of fat and protein that signal your body’s hunger receptors, letting it know you’ve eaten and are nourished and satiated.
Together they make an awesome hunger-killing snack that’s totally good for you.
How were they?
I ate 3 and wasn’t hungry for the rest of the day. And they were pretty easy to assemble so now I have a bunch in the fridge to help keep me on track throughout the week.

So glad you like it! I don’t have a list of specific blogs to follow but there are a ton out there. The minimalist baker is good. Others are great too!
